Die Lage im Ort.
Uns war nicht klar, dass die Wohnung im Keller liegt. Einen 1,20m breiten Kellerschacht, den man sich unter Umständen noch mit dem Nachbarn teilen muss, als Privatterrasse zu bezeichnen, ist eine Frechheit, insbesondere bei dem Übernachtungspreis.
