Spacious holiday home with a fully equipped kitchen for up to 10 people and 3 dogs.
The easy-care floors are parquet and laminate.
On the ground floor, you will find an open living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, as well as two bright, friendly bedrooms (each for 2 people: double bed or French bed).
The large bathroom is equipped with a changing table.
The generous layout offers plenty of space on the ground floor. If you book for up to 4 people, the lower living unit with terrace and garden is available to you. Please note: If you book the house for 5 to 10 people, the additional bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which is accessible via an external staircase. Up to 6 more people can stay here on 60 m².
There are 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms, as well as a sofa bed (for 2 people) in the combined living room with kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower/WC. The upper floor is available exclusively when booking for 5 or more people.
When booking for only 4 people, the upper floor remains closed and is not rented to other guests, so you have the house and property to yourselves. The barrel sauna in the garden offers relaxing variety on rainy days.
It is available for a fee and should be booked in advance with the host. The thatched house from the 17th century is located on a mound and has a large plot (1,300 m²) for your exclusive use.
It is situated on the edge of the North Frisian village of Neukirchen.
The natural garden is partly fenced or surrounded by a hedge.
This is a non-smoking house. Note: Neukirchen and the surrounding area are agricultural.
In summer, you should expect increased traffic from agricultural vehicles on the adjacent road.
