The property is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes on foot from the beach, the river, two bus stops (one with direct connection to the city center), a supermarket, and a restaurant.
There is parking on the property, as well as additional free parking on the street. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
Please note that there is a small step at the entrance, so the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for wheelchair use.
