This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. If the check-out instructions (leaving dirty sheets and towels in the bathroom, emptying the dishwasher, removing food scraps from the refrigerator, and taking out the trash) are not followed, a charge will be applied to the deposit.
