Apraos Beachfront House is all about location, character, views: and these are definitely priceless features! Probably one of the best located houses of the whole island of Corfu, this seafront property stands proudly right on the unspoiled sandy beach of Apraos/Kalamaki, yet with all the facilities of the lively Kassiopi less than 5 min drive away, and offers breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea, the green hills of Corfu, and the Albanian mainland opposite.
Sleeping up to 5 to 6 guests in welcoming, traditionally Greek and air-conditioned interiors, Apraos Beachfront House is set to impress.
Enjoy endless relaxation pampered by the gentle sound of the sea virtually on your doorstep, walk to one of the excellent tavernas nearby, taste a delicious charcoal grilled meal on your balcony: Apraos Beachfront House will amaze you.Inside, the house is set over one floor.
It is airy and welcoming, decorated in traditional Greek style yet offering the most modern comforts for an incredibly relaxing seafront experience.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob & oven, etc), a lounge with sofas and satellite TV (free channels), wi-fi internet connection through, as well as 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed + its own en-suite.
The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and one “french size” bed (120cm wide) that can accommodate 1 or, if required by the guests, 2 people to increase the occupancy of the villa up to 6.
These 2 bedrooms share a functional bathroom with half-bathtub + shower over.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned (individually controlled, included in the rental rate).The outside areas of Apraos Beachfront House are truly to die for.
A staircase leads directly to the sandy beach of Apraos (a true heaven along the famous north-east coast of Corfu) and spacious terraces both at the front and at the side of the villa provide sensational sea views.
The sound of the waves just below will be the perfect mate for an unforgettable holiday under the shining Greek sun.
Sunbeds, parasols, as well as comfortable dining and sitting areas for al-fresco relaxation are available.
The property is also provided with barbecue and parking space.FOR LARGER PARTIES: Apraos House can be rented together with the nearby Apraos Studio, sleeping 2 guests.

Superb location. A beach lover's dream. The sea and a lovely sandy beach are literally steps away, and it is a joy to sit on the terrace listening to the waves. The house has everything you need for this kind of holiday, and the house manager gave some great ideas of where to visit. It was a wrench to leave. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The location was perfect near the beach and private enough for quiet moments , but also not too far from towns for meals and shopping. Exquisite views all day long . Water pressure is a bit limited on the bathrooms. Miss Asimina the property manager was helpful, fire y and super responsive. We will return !

Well-appointed accommodation kept in great shape by wonderful Asimina, who was full of useful information and advice for our stay. Excellent location, prime secluded position right by the beach. Loads to do locally with interesting villages and other attractions nearby, on the coast and inland. Highly recommended for a first class vacation experience in Corfu.
