Mézon Ermine in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is the perfect holiday home for a relaxing stay with your loved ones.
Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus two extra toilets, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine.
Please note: air conditioning and towels are not provided.
The private outdoor area offers a garden and barbecue facilities. Enjoy the open-air terrace, ideal for unwinding outside.
The house is 500 m from the town entrance, post office, butcher, and fish shop, 800 m from La Fresnaye beach, 1.4 km from Les Mielles center with shops and a large beach, and 2 km from the harbor.
The Matignon supermarket is 4 km away.
Public transport is within walking distance. Two parking spaces are available on the property, and free on-site parking is also possible.

Der komplett eingezäunte Garten, der Hund konnte sich frei bewegen.
Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts.
Die Lage zum Strand / zur Küste und in die Stadt war sehr gut. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Eine sehr gut Ausgangsbasis für Küstenwanderungen auf dem GR34 und um die Côte d'Émeraude zu erkunden.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief sehr einfach und reibungslos.
Super schönes Haus . Toller Garten .alles was man sich wünscht .
