The apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen beds There is the sofa bed for 2 ppl in the living room . Also there 2 Bathroom.
Easy access to TTC, Union Station, Lake Shore and Gardiner Express Way. Steps to CN Tower, Rogers Center, Union Metro Station, Financial District, Bars, Restaurants, Sobeys Grocery Store, Bishop airport, etc. The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 2 Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Other things to note According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.
Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building.
These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund. - Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price.
The price is $20 per night.
Please request in advance as it could be booked. - Pets are allowed in the apartment.
If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking.
Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet. - We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. $10 per one item per night.
Book, please, in advance. ***Deposit*** All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200 ($500 CAD if you bring pets with you). If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
