Boasting a beautiful view of Lake Garda, the holiday apartment Monolocale Classic x4 with step-free access is located in Riva del Garda.
The 20 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as air conditioning.
In addition, a shared sauna is available for your use.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. Guests of this property enjoy access to a shared kitchen and an outdoor terrace with breathtaking views. The property is set in a privileged panoramic location overlooking the lakefront pedestrian promenade and is surrounded by the beautiful Brolio Park.
Just 50 m away, you’ll find the pedestrian lakefront, Ponal Trail, and a playground for children.
The beach and boat access are both 500 m from the apartment.
Public transport links are also walking distance. Access to a garage, which is located 300 m from the property and can be used for loading/unloading, is available (for a nightly fee).
