This apartment is located on the Beach with a lovely and equipped BALCONY.
In the morning, go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the ocean.
In addition, your property is part of a condo that offers a wide range of facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, convenient store.
The building is on the famous COLLINS AVENUE! With a breathtaking view, this large apparent can accommodate up to 5 as it is equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom 2 double beds plus a couch in the living room.
This apartment is equipped with TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hob, dishes, and glassware.
Full kitchen, living and dining area.
The apartment is located in Miami Beach's Mid Beach/ Millionaires Row area has long been very desirable because it is a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek, allowing for the oceanfront living, as well as ocean access boating from the Indian Creek docks! I will do my best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.
I live less than 10 minutes away and I like to be in the building every day.
However, I do respect your privacy and I will not disturb you during your stay.
The unit will be very clean when you arrive with plenty of fresh towels.
If you need anything please let us know.
No need to clean the apartment when you leave, that what the cleaning fee is for.
Just contact me, and I'll take care of everything else! Direct Beach Access - no need to even cross the street.
Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach.
There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children.
The washer and dryer are in the corridor.
Guests should be aware that there may be increased noise levels from nearby construction during the day.

Parking is not included, we do not manage the garage, the cost per day is $35. Friday to sunday and holidays the cost per day is $45, weekly $175 and monthly $450 Before your arrival you must complete a form to access the apartment
