This second-floor suite is rich in historic character and has been recently updated to elevate your experience! The bright apartment has an open floor plan featuring a full-sized kitchen, laundry machines, and a private balcony.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, this flat is perfect to spread out and make yourself at home! The accommodations include one bathroom, a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a full/double bed in the back sunroom, and a queen-sized pull-out couch in the living area.
Please note the full bedroom is accessed by walking through the queen bedroom.
The bathroom features an above-ground garden tub and complimentary toiletries for you to use throughout your stay! No details were spared in creating the perfect haven in this home! The tastefully upgraded kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, and a fully stocked Keurig coffee machine for your convenience.
Gather around and enjoy a meal at the custom-built butcher-block dining nook! There is also a washer and dryer complete with a starter supply of laundry supplies for your use throughout your stay.
Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps! Downstairs in the rear of the building is a lush garden with a shared common area featuring an outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit, and dining table! Nestled in the heart of Tampa and within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping, and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less!
