The open concept floor plan allows for enjoyable entertaining, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen for those home cooked meals. Outside, a spacious fenced yard and gated dock access offer safe play areas for children and pets alike! The sleeping arrangements of the home are as follows: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: King bed Bedroom 4: King bed Bedroom 5: 2 Twin over Double Bunk Beds & Sleeper Sofa Additional sleeping space includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area, accommodating up to 16 guests comfortably. Your dedicated GEM is at your service to answer any questions or curate unforgettable experiences tailored to your dreams in the Keys. - Extend your stay 7+ nights for 10% off your entire stay! - Elevate your stay and ask us about our Private Chauffeur services. - Private washer/dryer - Located in gated community. - Fans inside bedrooms only operate with the light ON. - Comes with free gym access to FYT. - Pets are welcome! Our requirements are as follows: •40lb maximum per pet •$250/stay •2 pet maximum Travel by car, boat, or plane to Mirador House.
The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer. If you didn’t travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island. Rent a golf cart, scooter or bikes for the day to enjoy the area.
