This farmhouse is built in the heart of nature on a 100-hectare property. It boasts a beautiful view of the Alt Garrotxa massif in Spain.
You will live in a green setting overlooking the valley in a mid-mountain region with a Mediterranean climate. Our farmhouse will delight lovers of peace and quiet and walks; the location is ideal for disconnecting from everyday life. From your front door, you can set off on three different walks.
The small village of Coustouges (800m away) is a gem of Romanesque art. You will be a few kilometers from the Spanish border, 43 km from Figueres, 35 km from Céret, 30 minutes from Prats de Mollo, and close to the Canigou massif. The sea and its fine sandy beach are 60 km away.
With a separate entrance, a few steps lead down to a large living area comprising the kitchen, living room, and access to the terrace.
3 bedrooms: a master bedroom (1 double bed), a small office for those who need to work remotely, and a second bedroom with 3 single beds (can be combined for a couple with children). The third bedroom is under the eaves, with two single beds, closed off by a blackout curtain.
Bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
Laundry room in the building. Private parking on the property. Games available.
The 800m access road is unpaved.
For family reunions or holidays with grandparents and siblings, we offer two other cottages on site: Ref: 66G117910 (Cal Cabre) and 66G117932.

Cadre magnifique et toujours un excellent accueil pour ce deuxième séjour à Lou Coulomé. Randonnées dans des paysages superbes, proximité avec Gérone, Perpignan, la mer à une 40 aine de minutes. Le meilleur de la montagne et de la mer à portée de main.La destination idéale pour se couper du quotidien et recharger les batteries.

Une petite semaine au calme , cadre champêtre très agréable, les daims sauvages sous le balcon le matin au réveil, les lapins dans les près alentour, le silence le soir. L'accueil très sympa des propriétaires juste compromis entre discrétion et discutions . Rien a rajouter, Noah en a beaucoup apprécié et était très triste au départ. A vous revoir
