Welcome to this vacation home that can accommodate eight people with its four bedrooms and one bathroom.
You will also have a dining kitchen, three living rooms and a separate toilet. The cottage is located on a large plot and offers a beautiful view of the countryside.
On the balcony you can enjoy the first cup of coffee in the morning or spend the day reading.
The private garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the sun and fresh air. Should you feel like an excursion, you can visit nearby Alvaret and several old castles.
Several good golf courses are located within 8 km.
The nearest store is 8 km away and a restaurant just over 2 km.
After about 800 m you will reach the sea. - Free parking on site - Electricity and water incl. - Rental not for institutions - Rental only for holiday lets - Cot: 1 - Child's chair: 1

Sehr schönes Haus mit Liebe eingerichtet und nette Vermieter...Ruhige naturnahe Lage .. zum Lebensmittel einkaufen und schönen Badestrand muss man bisschen mit dem Auto fahren, was bei der schönen Insel nicht schlimm ist.
Öfters hatten wir Kätzchenbesuch von den Nachbarn -Grosse Katzenliebe.

Ein ruhiger Fleck Erde.
Ein brauchbarer Badeplatz ist leider etwas entfernt, dafür kann man in Seby auf dem Damm mit Glück Robben sehen.
Sehr schönes und großes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, die regelmäßig vor Ort waren. Größere Städte sind etwa 40-45km entfernt. Öland bietet im Süden aber auch einige interessante Plätze, die es zu erkunden lohnt.

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Blick auf das Naturerbe Alvaret und ein bisschen auf die Ostsee. Großer Garten. Gute Küchenausstattung, viel Platz. Man sollte mobil sein (Auto), kann aber auch die vorhandenen Fahrräder nutzen.
