Welcome to this inviting vacation home in the heart of Gothenburg.
This lovingly renovated, historic gabled townhouse is comfortably furnished and offers a wonderful setting for your vacation with the whole family.
Make yourself comfortable in the cozy rooms after your excursions, the spacious sofa in the living room invites you to relax after an eventful day, or get your circulation going again with a game of table tennis after a good meal. Spend pleasant hours in the garden of the house, the terrace is the ideal place for sunbathing or a delicious meal from the barbecue on a long summer evening. You will spend your vacation in a central location and within walking distance of stores and restaurants.
You can reach the city center in about 20 minutes on foot.
Walk, cycle and hike in the Änggårdsbergen nature reserve in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The Gothenburg Botanical Garden is also close by, as are several beautiful playgrounds, Slottskogen Park and the Natural History Museum.
You can reach beautiful bathing spots in just a few minutes by car. Note: There is a two-room apartment in the basement, which is available to the owner's family for overnight stays.

Sehr schönes Haus in optimaler Lage. Zu Fuß ist sowohl die S Bahn zu erreichen als auch der botanische Garten und Slottskogen. Ein Lidl ist in der Nähe. Wir haben uns mit unseren drei älteren Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt, für Familien mit Kleinkindern nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist- wie in einer vorherigen Rezension zu lesen - ein Privathaus.

Sfeervol huis in rustige omgeving op korte afstand van het centrum van Gothenburg. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, fijne zithoek, ruime slaapkamers.
