Villa Iliana is a new built villa with a private infinity pool, located in Kalivia, just outside Skiathos. Olive trees, flowers and garden surround the villa, from where you have beautiful views to the Aegean sea and Skopelos.

We had a fabulous week staying in the Villa Iliana. The villa was very clean and equipped with everything we needed as a family of six adults. Stamatis was a wonderful host, meeting us at the port to help us get to the villa, recommending restaurants etc. We will definitely return when we are next on Skiathos.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home. Everything was perfect – very clean, well equipped, with amazing views. The host was super friendly and easygoing, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

A True Hidden Gem. Magnificent views in a secluded spot but close enough to all the Amenities you could need. Property was clean and had all the equipment to make our stay perfect. Any problems we had ( and they were minor) were immediately acted upon by Stamatis the owner. Wished our stay had been longer.
