The apartment (about 60 m2) has two separate bedrooms, a living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed a bathroom and an anteroom.
From the two bedrooms you reach the large balcony with a fantastic view.

SummerIn the warm summer months, the thriving life in the Alps lures: lush meadows, green forests and reflecting mountain lakes.
In between, you can stop at one of the many rustic mountain huts and enjoy regional specialties with a cool drink, or alternatively fortify yourself with fresh coffee and homemade pastries.
Directly from the accommodation you can hike without detour into the Alps, but the Schlossalmbahn also facilitates the ascent in summer from the center of Bad Hofgastein.
In the immediate vicinity lure countless summer activities, from hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and swimming lakes to the Golf Course.
Even the breathtaking Gastein waterfall can be reached from our apartments in ten minutes by car - alternatively a leisurely hike of two hours each way.
WinterWhen a thick blanket of snow covers the Alps in winter, the Gastein Valley shows its glittering side.
And with hundreds of kilometers of pistes, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs and illuminated night pistes, winter sports enthusiasts are drawn to the Alps.
From Appartementhaus Steiger you can reach the Gasteiner Bergbahnen (Schlossalm I) in just 10 minutes on foot (alternatively, three minutes by car).
Alternatively, the local ski bus opens the surrounding ski areas in winter even free.
For refreshment afterwards, there are numerous restaurants and pubs in the town center.
The Gasteiner Alpentherme offers warmth and relaxation in saunas, steam baths and soothing thermal spring water in just seven minutes walk.
