This splendid house is located in the Santa Ponsa area, a tourist town belonging to the municipality of Calvià.
Santa Ponsa has first class tourist services: shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants.
The interior area has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lounge area on the covered terrace where you can enjoy a good reading or rest comfortably.
There is also a dining room overlooking the garden.
The house has 6 very comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people.
It has 3 bathrooms and a toilet.
Facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite television.
Casa Padrino has a spectacular outdoor area with an oval pool, a large area to sunbathe in hammocks and also cool off with an outdoor shower and, if you want, rest from the heat.
There is an outdoor terrace where you can relax and organize a barbecue or dinner by the pool.
This house is ideal for families or groups of friends. The property has private parking. From Casa Padrino you can comfortably reach Ses Pedreretes beach in 15 minutes on foot. It is located at a distance of 4 km from the Santa Ponsa Golf Club. The center of Palma is only 20 km from the house. Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car (32 km). Train station: 22 km Intermodal Station - Plaza España Hospital: 28 km Son Llatzer Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property.
In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises.
The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder.
All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November.
This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union.
We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment. Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1.
The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2.
The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established.
In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3.
Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes.
This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

Unser Aufenthalt war schön. Die Lage ist gut, in 15-20min erreicht man den Strand zu Fuß. Der Bus war sehr unzuverlässig aber mit dem Taxi kam man problemlos überall hin und die Fahrten waren auch ziemlich günstig.
Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht, nur unten in den 3 Schlafzimmern im sous...
