The house is located on a plot of 1 000 m2.
The plot has a large garden, swimming pool, parking area, barbecue, pin-pong and wood, a shed storage room, a cabin, etc. The interior is simple, but very pleasant.
It has a large diaphanous space and more than eighty square meters on the ground floor where the hall is located, which is the base of the tower that can be seen in the photo, the living room with wood stove, the dining room, a bathroom, the kitchen and the staircase to the upper floor. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom.
It also has a terrace / balcony from where until very little time ago you could see the beach.
At present, only a small piece of the sea can be glimpsed ... One of the bedrooms has a balcony to the outside and has two beds, a wardrobe and a desk.
The other bedroom also has two beds, two forge cupboards, a desk / bureau and the possibility of another bed. The plot has a large garden with lawn and trees, allowing to accommodate pets after consultation.
In it lives the Antonia turtle, a "small" specimen in charge of keeping the grass well mowed. Only 150 or 200 meters away is the beach of Mil Palmeras, one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
Recently, the promenade that joins the municipalities of Orihuela and Pilar de la Horadada along the coast was opened. The activities to be developed are countless.

Gracias José Antonio por permitirnos disfrutar unos días en tú casa, me ha sabido a poco, la villa en sí es preciosa, todo super limpio, tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar, el jardín, la casa, muy acogedor, me sentí como en mi propia la casa.
La piscina una maravilla, más grande de lo que me espe...

Das Objekt ist toll. Es ist wie beschrieben und der Eigentümer des Hauses ist super nett und freundlich. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Es war toll.

Ha sido una experiencia genial, la casa está super bien conservada, con una buena ubicación y con muchas posibilidades (piscina, pingpong...)
Pasamos una dias maravillosos, y la comunicación con Jose Antonio muy bien también, da mucha confianza.
Preparó todo con rapidez para que entraramos lo antes posible y nos dio total flexibilidad para la salida.
Recomendable 100%, repetiremos! 😁
