The flat is located in the private, secured and quiet residence "Le Bailli" at only 5 min walk to the harbour or the city beach with bathing facilities.
The flat offers a living room with adjoining fully equipped kitchen (electric and microwave ovens), a bedroom with a queensize bed and desk, a private bathroom with shower and separate WC.
A sofa-bed provides an additional sleeping place. The flat's highlight is certainly the large roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, sea view from a second terrace at the same level as the flat. Rental from Saturday to Saturday
