It is a sunny and central location, only a few steps from the approx. 8 km long magnificent lakeside promenade.
Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and the beautiful old town are practically at your doorstep.
You can reach the shipyard of the passenger ferry in about 200 m.
Thus you can reach many of the above-mentioned excursion destinations also from the water.
The town's tennis court and a public swimming pool with its own sand beach and a public beach with sunbathing lawn are located about 1 km away.
In total the apartment has a living space of approx. 65 m² and 2 Sonnenbalkone of each approx. 10 m².
The view of the lake is fantastic.

Check in unproblematisch, Lage mit seitlichem Blick auf den See, Nähe zur Promenade mit vielen Lokalen, Parksituation sehr schwierig, Wohnung modern und sehr sauber, zur Selbstversorgung geeignet, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Teekanne… fehlen leider, aber man kann sich anderweitig behelfen.
Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Sehr schöne Lage. Man könnte sehr gut alles erreichen. Nur die Garage war für unserer Auto ein bißchen knapp. Alles andere sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung, im Schlafzimmer fehlten leider Leselampen am Bett, die angegebene Kaffeemaschine fehlte auch, aber es gab einen Kaffeefilter, der Balkon war sehr schmal und es fehlte leider ein Tisch, die angegebene Garage haben wir gemietet für 7 Euro am Tag, ...
