In this cute little K-marked 18th century house you get an unbeatable proximity and views of the beach and water, a lovely large natural plot.
On the beach there are piers, volleyball nets and large grassy areas.
The sleeping areas are divided, double bed in the living room, double bed in the guest house and 2 campingbeds on the sleeping loft.
The loft has a steep staircase, so it is suitable for larger children.
To reach the beds in the attic you walk through a space that is used as storage.
A fully renovated fresh bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer makes the stay pleasant.
The kitchen is small but there is everything you need for a cozy holiday.
A large terrace with barbecue and furniture overlooking the sea for cozy barbecues or a drink.
A canoe for two is included in the rent, flýt vests are available.
Resarö is an island near Vaxholm which is a lovely summer town, close to water everywhere, lovely nature for walks and the proximity to Vaxholm with cozy restaurants and archipelago boats both to Stockholm and further out in the archipelago's many islands.
Just 600m from the house there is a bus stop that goes both to Vaxholm and Stockholm. Ein kleines, einfaches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen – alles da, was man braucht. Wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Wasser, direkt am Wald – perfekt zum Spazierengehen, Schwimmen, Kanufahren oder für Ausflüge zu anderen Inseln und nach Stockholm (ab Vaxholm). Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus! Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar, und die Kinder liebten es, auf den Wiesen zu spielen, Das Haus selbst war gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir für unseren einwöchigen Kurzurlaub benötigten, Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Terrasse für Grillabende am Abend!

Dieser Ort hat eine ganz eigene Atmosphäre, Die Strandansicht? Unübertroffen, Perfekt für gemütliche Grillabende auf der Terrasse, Der Dachboden ist irgendwie süß, aber etwas steil, also denk daran, wenn du jüngere Kinder mitbringst, Super nah an Vaxholm für süße Cafés und die Archipel-Vibes, Kein Scherz, ein solider Ort für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub,
