The holiday home, built in 1971 and renovated in 2011, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, swing seat, and campfire site.

Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable and satellite.
