Very nice views to the sea and to the mountains.
Private pool and garden of 500 m2.
Air conditioned, heating system. 2 minutes walk to the sea, and 15 minutes by car to a golf course. Two floors, in the main floor you have the kitchen, dinning-living room. one toilette, and one big bedroom with bath inside.
In the first floor you have 3 double rooms with 2 bathrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower in the swiming pool area. High speed wi-fi. All bedrooms have a direct exit to one terrace with sea views. You can reach the sea just in 2-5 minutes by walk, and can go to center of Port d'Andratx in 10-15 minutes walking.

We had an amazing time! House was immaculate, organized and within walking distance to the downtown area with lots of delicious restaurants and shops. Owner was reliable and available when we had questions. Fantastic views. Clean pool. Great location. Would definitely book again!

Well located house, 15 min walk to port, 2 min walk to beautiful cala. House is beautiful and spacious. Only disappointing aspect was the cleaning.

I had a lovely stay at the property with my family. You can walk into the town in 15 minutes, it would take longer to get home as the property is on a hill. We always hire a car and the parking at the property is excellent. The villa had loads of room and is very well equipped. There is building wor...
