On the ground floor there is the living room with kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven and fridge), the terrace and an outbuilding with a second bathroom with shower, large fridge and washing machine.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (two with double bed, one with single bed and one with two double beds and access to a terrace with views of Monte Pindo.
The price includes bed linen and towels.
The house has been restored and has about 200m² plus a further 400m² outside divided into a back garden with fruit trees, lawn and clothesline and a terrace with barbecue at the entrance to the house.
The terraces are equipped with two tables and chairs allowing outdoor dining for up to 9 people.
The beach of Mar de Lira is 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot.
