A studio ideal for a couple or 2 friends, or for a family of 3 with a child.
It has one double bed, a small extra fold out bed, kitchenette and bathroom and a spectacular balcony with sea view.
It has an outside private terrace garden where you can sit and read or bask in the sun.
The balcony is directly accessible from the apartment, whereas the garden is outside and below the building.
It is very close to the center of town, with cafés and restaurants, and on the way to the beautiful Marina of Corniglia.
One of the best rocky beaches of Cinque Terre, with plenty of flat rocks to sunbathe and easy access for swimming.
The marina has a freshwater shower.
The studio is of very easy reach from the center of town, cafès and restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station.
Most people visit Cinque Terre by train.
No village allows cars in town (they can't get in stairs in gangways!).
The studio is at 8 minutes walk from the safe public parking, which costs 15 euro/day or 50/week.
Fabio, the US born owner, having being in his career one of the planners of the Cinque Terre Park, will be able to give you all the information needed for visiting the area, and will have to collect 2 euro/day of town tourist tax per person with a max of 6 euros per person.

Bon séjour dans cette jolie région d'Italie De très jolis villages et de très belles randonnées un peu physique mais de jolis point de vues sur les différents villages L'appartement aurait besoin d'un petit coup de rafraîchissement et mériterait un peu plus de rangement Par contre emplacement et vue...

Loved our stay in Corniglia, space is simple but very nice, the view from balcony is worth everything Would recommend this to all who can walk up and down stairs

This is a great location in Corniglia with an absolutely stunning view of the Mediterranean! Property was exactly as descibed and the host was fantastic....easy to communicate with and very very prompt. We would highly recommend this property!
