Welcome to your ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay in Gunzenhausen!
The spacious 200 m² apartment offers space for up to 8 people and combines comfort with modern amenities.
It consists of a cozy living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (one with a large double bed and three with 1.40 m wide double beds), two bathrooms and an additional guest WC. A private sauna with various infusions provides relaxation.
WLAN and a workstation for home office as well as a private balcony are also available.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available, but is shared with other residents. The accommodation is close to the Altmühlsee lake, the Brombachsee lake and the charming old town of Gunzenhausen.
A free parking lot is available directly on the property. Families with children are very welcome.
However, pets, smoking and the reception of additional guests are not permitted.
We ask our guests to leave the accommodation swept clean on departure.
If the keys are lost, a fee will be charged for changing the locks. Sustainability is important to us. The accommodation has recycling guidelines, energy-saving lighting and has been insulated with sustainable materials.
A practical self-check-in system makes your arrival particularly uncomplicated.

Große Wohnung mit viel Platz.
Keine sichtbare liebevolle Instandhaltung. Leuchtmittel fehlen, das Geschirr/das Besteck ist zusammen gewürfelt, die Kaffeemaschine völlig verkalkt, eine Garderobe fehlt, in den Zimmern fehlen z.T. Möglichkeiten seine Kleidung aufzuhängen, Waschmaschine und Trockner in dieser Wohnung! sind auch für alle anderen Bwohner dieses Hauses...

Ausstattung teilweise reparaturbedürftig könnte man aber mit wenigen Handgriffen beheben. Sauberkeit Küchenausstattung nicht gut.
