OTR Apartment is a lovely accommodation in the heart of Alba, in the immediate vicinity of Piazza San Paolo, very convenient to access all points of interest in the historic center.
This apartment is the ideal solution for couples of friends, families with children and has: living room with spacious sofa and dining table, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, free wifi and small private dehor, in an environment that will make you feel immediately at home.
The space
OTR Apartment is the ideal solution for families with children or couples of friends, being equipped with 2 rooms, both with a double double bed (160 cm x 190 cm ) .
To access the facility, located on the second floor of the building, you only need to climb 3/4 steps.
As soon as you cross the threshold, looking to your right, you will be captured by the furniture and design elements included in the living room; embellished by a dining area with a large table for 6 people, a spacious sofa, a 50'' smart TV and free Wifi service. On your left, you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need to meet the needs of every type of traveler.
At the guest's disposal will be: gas stove top, full supply of dishes, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
Proceeding through a small hallway, you will find the first bedroom, equipped with: a double bed for 2 people, a spacious closet for storing your belongings, and a small sitting area with a small table and rocking chair.
In the front door, you will find the second bedroom, embellished with: a two-door closet, a selection of paintings and some design objects and finally a private outdoor area with a washing machine, small tables and chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, complete sanitary ware, hand soap and towels of various sizes (shower towel, face towel, guest towel).
Given its very central location, it is ideal as a starting point for discovering the city on foot or experiencing Alba's night "movida."

We had a good stay. Two good size bedrooms, three towels per person, washing machine, AC and very close to Alba Centro.The apartment is not 130 square meters as announced. The shower was not in great shape and there wasn’t a designated spot for parking, so we sometimes had to park down the street (but it was still free). Alessandro, the host, was very helpful and alert. All in all, a good stay.
