A small house with a big impact, located in the middle of the park.
It's almost a feat how the owner has managed to create so much living space from 38 square meters.
The high ceiling beams give the room a feeling of size.
On the first floor there is a bright fitted kitchen, a cozy living room with an antique tiled stove and a beautiful shower room.
The space-saving staircase leads to the cozy bedroom on the upper floor, where you can gaze out over the stately Karolinenhof and the sky from your bed. Terrace on natural stone paving, garden furniture, beach chair, barbecue.
Parking lot at the house. If you want to take a deep breath and get away from it all, the Karolinenhof country estate is a special place.

Located between the port town of Tönning and the Hebbel town of Wesselburen. Also known as Galeriehof, this special place has attracted artists.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, auch WLAN.
Der Gastgeber war sehr nett.
Der Aufgang zum Schlafbereich war für uns (68 und 66 Jahre) nicht so einfach. Das hatten wir auf den Bildern im Vorfeld nicht richtig eingeschätzt.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Der Garten, unsere Hunde konnten direkt morgens raus. Wir haben jeden Tag draußen gefrühstückt. Vom Vermieter gab es frische Eier , als wir ankamen.
Das Bett oben, es war sehr warm unter dem Dach.
Das kleine Haus liegt traumhaft in einer schönen parkähnlichen Lage.

Kein Wlan vorhanden. Geht in der heutigen Zeit einfach nicht. Das Datenvolumen Mobil ist da sehr schnell erreicht.
Die Treppe zum Schlafraum ist extrem steil. Hier müsste nochmals besser hingewiesen werden. Ist fast schon eine
Art Leiter.
