The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This vacation rental features a private open terrace for evening relaxation. The holiday home features a shared garden for your morning relaxation. The property is located 2 km from the town centre, 7 km from the Duckwitz swimming lake, 17 km from Gnoien and Tessin, where you will find shopping facilities, 30 km from Güstrow, 40 km from Rostock and 70 km from Fischland-Darß-Zingst and Stralsund.
In addition, the holiday home has agreements with the Rodenberg riding stable, which is located 400 m away. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One dog is allowed for a fee (please keep it off the lawn). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that the stairs to the bedroom are slightly narrow and relatively steep.
