The property features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a fully equipped private kitchen.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private air conditioning with floor cooling, geothermal underfloor heating, private TV, private washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, a coffee machine with bean grinder and filter, a private sauna (2-3 people on the ground floor), and 2 baby beds. Outdoors, relax in the private garden, on 2 terraces, in the private outdoor pool, private hot tub, outdoor shower, and around the private barbecue.
The villa offers stunning sea views and is just 90 m from the west coast ocean and 300 m from Quiberon Bay on the east side. To ensure the peace of the property, events such as bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.
Access may be refused if this rule is not respected. You have 6 on-site parking spaces, street parking, and a shared bike storage room.
A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. On the Quiberon peninsula, admire the bay and ocean with Breton islands on the horizon.
