Welcome to Nini's Home, a cozy chalet nestled in the peaceful setting of Schignano—perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay just minutes from Lake Como.
Spread over two levels, the house accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups.
Thanks to its location and mountain-style architecture, it stays pleasantly cool even in summer. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with barbecue and a terrace where you can unwind surrounded by greenery.
Inside, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and all the comforts to make you feel at home.
Pets are welcome, and free parking is available on the main road nearby.
For a special moment of relaxation, a private hot tub is available upon request for an extra fee. The location is ideal for exploring the area: in about 15 minutes you can reach Argegno and Lake Como, with ferries to Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna.
Nearby, you'll find scenic trails, hiking and mountain biking routes, authentic villages, and excellent restaurants to discover local cuisine.
