The apartment Cantarrana 1 is a fabulous, very bright, and spacious property.
It is the perfect place to disconnect and relax, with a capacity for up to 9 people.
Regarding general amenities, the house features air conditioning and heating.
It also offers covered parking spaces, patios, barbecues (both upstairs and downstairs), a game room with a pool table, darts, ping-pong table, and foosball, as well as a large swimming pool to enjoy, along with many other facilities.
The outdoor area boasts a vast garden and lawn covering approximately 6,000 square meters, with fruit trees, pines, and olive trees that add beauty to the surroundings.
It is a special rural house ideal for enjoying time with family and/or friends, offering two living spaces that allow guests to stay together while maintaining their independence.
Shared outdoor amenities include a fenced pool (open during summer), garden, two covered terraces, and an outdoor shower. 5 parking spaces are available on the property.
Please be considerate of the neighbors by keeping noise levels down outside after 11:00 p.m.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, provided they are well-behaved and stay off the beds.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
This property has light and water-saving features.
