Spread over two floors, the villa features two living rooms, two kitchens, six bedrooms, and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office needs, TV, and washing machine.
A baby cot and air conditioning are also provided.
Outside, you’ll find a private garden, both open and covered terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue area.
The property is close to the beach.
Villa Lucia offers stunning views of the Apuan Alps and the Carrara marble quarries, and is within easy reach of the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Portofino, and the art cities of Florence, Pisa, and Lucca.
There are three parking spaces on the property and free street parking.
Up to five pets are allowed.
Security cameras and audio recording devices are present on site.
The villa features a convenient self check-in system.

Hôte accueillant et très belle maison à l’extérieur.Cependant, la cuisine pourrait être améliorée : les ustensiles n’étaient pas propres (très gras), il manquait une passoire, un plat au four, un économe... et seulement 4 bols pour le petit-déjeuner.Le nettoyage en général est à améliorer.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Lucia

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Gastgeber sind sehr Gastfreundlich so eine tolle Gastfreundlichkeit haben wir zuvor noch nie erlebt der Gastgeber beantwortet auch alle Fragen und Ist stets zu erreichen. Das Haus ist ein Traum 😍 es gibt vom gesamten Grundstück einfach nur traumhaft schöne Ausblick...
Der Hund vom Nachbarn der frei rum lief war anstrengend weil er ständig gebellt hat.
