Located in Quart, within the Les Gavarres Natural Park, this 100 m² country house accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You have a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, cot, and high chair.
The interior access is step-free and offers mountain views.
There is also a private covered terrace for your comfort.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden and the shared outdoor pool, ideal for a relaxing swim and shared only with one other accommodation.
The property is set in a protected natural environment, surrounded by Mediterranean forest and hills of holm oaks and cork oaks, ensuring a tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere.
There is shared parking with an electric vehicle charger available on the property for an additional cost.
Up to 2 pets are allowed and events are not permitted.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but features a passive geothermal cooling system on the ground floor that keeps the temperature cool in summer; for best results, it is recommended to keep windows and blinds closed during the day.
An electric fence is activated daily at 8 p.m. around the property to prevent wild boars from entering; it is safe and signposted, but should not be touched when connected.
