Located in Quart, within the protected natural area of Les Gavarres, this rural house of approximately 100 m² accommodates up to 6 guests and blends the charm of a traditional farmhouse with modern comforts.
It offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The property features a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, crib, and high chair.
Enjoy mountain views and a private covered terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.
Access is easy, though there is a small step at the porch entrance. Outside, you can enjoy a garden and an outdoor pool shared only with one other accommodation, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.
The estate is surrounded by Mediterranean forest, holm oaks, and cork oaks, providing a natural setting ideal for rest and relaxation. There is no air conditioning, but a passive geothermal cooling system keeps the house comfortable in summer; it is recommended to keep windows and blinds closed during the hottest hours.
If your group is smaller than the maximum capacity, not all rooms and bathrooms may be available. Shared parking is available on the property, and an electric vehicle charging point is available for an extra fee. Pets are welcome, and events are not allowed. The estate is in a protected natural area, so barbecue use is prohibited at times according to wildfire prevention regulations.
There is also an electric fence for wildlife protection, activated from 8:00 p.m., clearly marked and safe. Just 30 minutes from Girona and the beaches of the Costa Brava, this is an ideal spot to combine nature, culture, and the sea.
