The 4-person Dunes apartment is accessible via the stairs and the elevator.
The apartment offers guests a view over the dunes, the Westerschelde and the North Sea. The Dunes apartment has a usable area of approximately 98m2. The spacious living room has a seating area with a smart TV with streaming capability.
There also is a dining area, where you can enjoy a nice meal.
The modern open kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, combi oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. The Dunes apartment offers two furnished balconies.
From the living room you can acces the balcony with a view over the North Sea, Westerschelde and the dune landscape.
The other balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and offers a view over the marina of Breskens.
So, you can enjoy a stunning view from both balconies! There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in the apartment.
One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower, a double washbasin, and a toilet.
The other bathroom has walk-in shower and washbasin.
There also is a separate toilet. The apartment also offers a storage room with a washer-dryer combination.
You can park one car in the underground garage (maximum height: 2.00 meters), here you can also find a communal, lockable bike storage for your (electric) bike.

Die Lage war einfach unschlagbar, die Nähe zum Ortskern in 5 Minten zu Fuß erreichbar, tolle Ausstattung des Objektes.
Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war etwas knapp und bei der Müllentsorgung war der Laufweg etwas weit, da wir das letzte Wohnkomplex gemietet hatten

Eine rundum perfekte und gepflegte Wohnanlage mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer schönen Aussicht aufs Meer.
Die Lüftungsanlage war (gerade ab dem späten Abend) sehr laut.
Ein Schild am Tor zum Strand (outside/inside) wäre hilfreich beim benutzen der Tapkey App

Moderne Einrichtung. Schöne Ausblicke nach 2 Seiten. Sehr ruhig.
Kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
"Check in" mit Smartphone funktionierte nicht immer.
Rezeption war nur am letzten Urlaubstag geöffnet. Ansonsten geschlossen.
