Casa Il Butto is a detached house with a garden, located in the historic center of Erve, just a few kilometers from Lake Como.
Once a barn, it was completely renovated in 2024. Now, the house is welcoming and ideal for families and small groups seeking fresh air and tranquility at the foot of Mount Resegone. The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to five guests.
It features a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances, two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine, and a living room with a sofa bed. On the second floor, you will find a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. Casa Il Butto is child-friendly and provides a crib, accessories, books, and toys free of charge.
In the front garden, you can enjoy a picnic; blanket and basket are provided at no additional cost.
Families with children are especially welcome. Surrounded by nature, the house includes a TV and Wi-Fi. An iron is available upon request.
Air conditioning is not needed: simply open the windows to enjoy the fresh air. The house is near a historic church; you may hear the bells marking the half hour, adding to the authentic village atmosphere. Public street parking is free.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted. The property provides guidance for proper waste sorting; further information is available on site.

The house has a very nice, small garden with a rocking chair.
It situated in the mountains, where you can enjoy the fresh air!
The house was recently renovated, so you can enjoy all the modern comfort.
There is a washing machine present in the house.

We hebben onwijs genoten van onze tijd in het prachtige Erve. De eigenares is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De mensen in Erve zijn dit ook. Het huis is prachtig!
Het enige wat nog beter kan was de sfeerverlichting buiten. Priklicht zou het nóg romantischer maken. Wij hebben genoten!

Het huis was erg mooi.
De luiken voor de ramen waren ideaal. En ook een heerlijk tuintje.
Snel contact met de eigenaar via whats app.
De kerkklokken die om het half uur gingen. Maar op een gegeven moment wen je er wat aan.
De wifi was wat wisselend, maar zelf had ik daar minder moeite mee.
En we misten een airco met de warme dagen.
