The house offers peace and quiet for vacationers looking for relaxation, but also for families with children, as it is a secluded property with lots of greenery around.
Leisure activities include cycling tours, swimming, fishing and small game hunting.
The hourly city bus can be used free of charge.
On rainy days, you can use the Müritztherme spa with its family-friendly facilities.
Shopping centers, pharmacy and doctor can be reached within 300 - 500 m.

On the ground floor there is a large room with a fireplace and built-in kitchen.
