It offers three comfortable bedrooms upstairs: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with a bed (120x190), and a third bedroom with a single bed (90x190).
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a step and a toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a comfortable living room, a welcoming dining area, and a separate toilet.
A practical basement includes a washing machine and storage space for bicycles or leisure equipment. For families with young children, everything is provided: travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer, baby bathtub, and potty are available on site. Enjoy the enclosed 1,000 m² garden, a true haven of peace for relaxing moments or outdoor meals.
The furnished terrace invites you to savour your meals thanks to the plancha provided.
