The three-floor property features a spacious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, five bedrooms each with air conditioning, five bathrooms with rain showers, and a game room that can also serve as an extra bedroom.
The ground floor includes a bath and bedroom accessible for guests using wheelchairs, as is the entire floor. On-site amenities include a fireplace, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 75-inch 4K smart TV with streaming services, Xbox controllers, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, beach towels for each guest, a coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso cups), hairdryer, and board games stored in the TV cabinet.
A baby highchair, cot, and baby blankets are available upon request at no extra charge. The house boasts outdoor spaces, including a front garden, a 120 m² back garden, two open terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue area. This newly renovated vacation home is situated in a prestigious area of Guadalmar, just a five-minute walk from the beach.
