The ground floor includes a bath and bedroom accessible for guests using wheelchairs, as is the entire floor.
On-site amenities include a fireplace, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 75-inch 4K smart TV with streaming services, Xbox controllers, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, beach towels for each guest, a coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso cups), hairdryer, and board games stored in the TV cabinet.
