The villa Vermarl is located in Linhares de Cima and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain.
The 150 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
Enjoy the villa's private outdoor space with a garden, open terrace, balcony, and barbecue. The property is located 1 km from Café Castro (grocery shop and café), 3 km from Café Jaime, 5 km from restaurants, supermarkets and the beach, 15 km from Vila Nova de Cerveira and 16 km from Valença. 3 parking spaces are available on the property and 1 in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property features energy-saving lighting. Tenía todo lo necesario. Anfitrión muy atento. Para quien le guste dar paseos por la naturaleza, justo enfrente se mete un camino por el monte para un bonito paseo. La ubicación no está mal, si se dispone de coche.
WiFi un poco lento, la piscina algo pequeña, aunque eso ya se ve en las fotos, y quizás la parrilla un poco descuidada.
Todo estaba perfecto !
