The mini house La Manzana is located in the village of Villamarín de Candamo.
The 30 m² property features one bedroom, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, a small fridge, and a compact electric grill oven, as well as a bathroom with a classic whirlpool bathtub measuring 1.40 m in diameter.
The use of bath bombs, petals, or salts is not allowed, as these may affect the proper functioning of the jets. There is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning.
Heating is only available during the winter months; it is central and programmed to turn on and off at specific times.
This accommodation is not recommended for long stays. The property provides guidelines to help guests with proper waste separation, and further information is available on-site.
Water-saving systems have also been installed. Smoking is prohibited both inside and in common areas. Regarding the pet policy, only dogs are allowed.
You may request a dog bed and bowls for your pet to use during your stay, at no additional cost for this service.

El sitio es muy tranquilo cerca del bosque, apartado, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y era muy acogedor. Todo genial
La entrada a la calle está muy mal señalizada, no hay visibilidad ya que queda en la curva y los coches van muy deprisa, casi tuvimos un accidente por que no se ven los coches venir no hay ni señal ni espejos donde puedas ver. Es muy peligroso

lugar tranquilo y apartamento limpio
no hay nada en el baño, gel de ducha toallas... nada. vajilla bastante pobre, el agua del grifo sabía a químico tuvimos que ir a comprar

Las toallas presentaban manchas y solo habia 2.
