The villa Beautiful Deluxe 4 Bedroom is located in Brescos and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 400 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 9 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dryer, and beach/pool towels.
For your leisure, there is also a table tennis table available.
A cot and a high chair can be provided.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
There is also a shared outdoor shower. The villa is just 100 metres from a public bus stop and 2 km from the beach, which offers free parking.
A small supermarket is 2 km away, in Lagoa de Santo André, while larger supermarkets are 6 km away, in Vila Nova de Santo André.
There are several restaurants nearby, making it easy to access local dining options. A parking space is available on the property, as well as free street parking.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
Please note that the electrical system is not suitable for charging electric vehicles; attempts may cause overload and equipment damage. Most of the time, either I or my mother will be nearby to assist you as needed and ensure you have an excellent stay.

Casa com boas áreas, zona calma com cafés perto. Muito perto da praia e lagoa.
Piscina com bom tamanho e zona de jogos no exterior.
Anfitrião sempre disponível e em contacto connosco desde o inicio da reserva
Infestação de formigas na cozinha
Tem uma mesa no exterior mas Para uma casa com tantos quartos seria vantajoso ter uma mesa maior para as refeições (na cozinha a mesa tem o tamanho ideal)
