With 91 m², the house accommodates 4+1 guests and is ideal for both active travelers and those seeking relaxation.
The ground-level entrance leads to an open living area with a cozy seating corner, 65-inch 4K smart TV, sound system, and free Wi-Fi. The sofa can be used as a bed for a fifth guest. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with brand-name appliances.
From the dining area, you have direct access to the terrace with a Napoleon electric grill.
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light and can be darkened with pleated blinds and curtains.
A guest WC and a storage room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and blackout blinds await you. One bedroom features a smart TV and a balcony with lake view—perfect for beautiful sunsets.
The modern wellness bathroom with sauna, bathtub, and rain shower is ideal for relaxing after a day by the lake, a mountain bike tour, or a winter hike. Family-friendly amenities: An extra baby bed is available on request for an extra charge.
Books and games provide entertainment.
A lockable shed is available for bikes and sports equipment. A starter set with toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, dish soap, and kitchen towels is included. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price and can be booked for an extra charge. The municipality of Diemelsee charges a tourist tax, which is billed separately. A camera monitors the house entrance outside of guest stays.
It is deactivated on arrival day and reactivated on departure day. For holiday guests only—no commercial use or accommodation for workers.

Ausstattung, Größe, sehr bequeme Betten, Komfort, Sauna, Terrasse, super Kommunikation im Bedarfsfall. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können das Ferienhaus uneinschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war super.
Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können und die Einrichtung war einwenig lieblos. Küchengeräte sowie der Grill sehr verschmutzt.

Die Lage mit Seeblick, und die Ausstattung des Hauses, sowie die Betten. Ebenso der Brötchen Service war top.
In der Küche müssten die Bratpfannen mal erneuert werden, sonst war die Ausstattung der Küche völlig I. O
