In addition, the property is located just a 5-minute drive from cafés and restaurants, 5 km from the Ermal river beach and the Telesky water park, 10 km from Vieira do Minho, 23 km from Rio Caldo and the Gerês water park and 30 km from the Peneda-Gerês national park. 15 parking spaces are available on the property.
