The property is conveniently located near the beach, with public transport links within walking distance.
Recommended highlights and destinations include the Parco Corolla shopping center (9 km away), Milazzo (13 km), Messina (23 km), the town of Floresta in Nebrodi Park natural reserve (62 km), the northern access point to Mount Etna (70 km), and Taormina (71 km). The distance to Catania Airport is 130 km. Please be aware that a Catholic church is situated close to the vacation home, and its bells ring every 30 minutes. Free parking is available on the street, and a private parking space can be provided upon request in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. There is a possibility to organize wine and olive oil tastings from the hosts' own production upon request. Bicycle rental is available (for a fee). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Ci è piaciuto l'ambiente tranquillo e ben pulito, oltre alla disponibilità della proprietaria. Avremmo voluto sfruttare il bel terrazzo, ma il clima veramente troppo caldo c'è lo ha impedito, purtroppo!
Non abbiamo nessuna lamentela.

With an tv and a living space with couch and tv. Nice balcony with washing machine and drying rack. Air conditioning functioned very well during hot days in August.

L’appartamento è praticamente nuovo, ben tenuto, pulito e sistemato. Al suo interno si trova tutto il necessario per affrontare la quotidianità: lavatrice, piccolo ferro da stiro, phon, macchina per il caffè, frigo, due condizionatori… insomma, completo di tutto.
L’host disponibile, presente per eve...
In alcuni momenti abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio, dovendo cercare nelle vie/strade/traverse limitrofe.
Questo però non ha causato alcun problema nei nostri spostamenti.
