Sehr großes Grundstück, gepflegter Pool, gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Pisa oder Lucca.
Das Haus hat eine eigene Persönlichkeit, es wird offenbar von den Eigentümern mit genutzt und ist nicht nur Renditeobjekt.
WLAN ist nicht erwähnenswert vorhanden, ziemlich langsam. Funknetz ist leider auch nur mäßig.
