Located in Carlentini, Villa Green Garden is set on a hill with a charming view, in a residential area surrounded by greenery.
It is an ideal place to rejuvenate body and mind, where you can spend relaxing moments away from your daily routine and immerse yourselves in nature to enjoy silence and tranquility, just a few kilometers from the sea and places of historical and cultural interest.
The location is strategic: only 9 km from the sea at Agnone Bagni, 30 km from Piazza Duomo in Catania (the nearest airport), and 46 km from Syracuse. The villa offers an outdoor garden pool open until September, free private parking, Wi-Fi connection, garden view, and a furnished terrace where you can relax during your holidays.
Inside, there are two bedrooms: a double room with air conditioning and a triple room with a single bed and a bunk bed, a living room with flat-screen TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, and two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub. For greater privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the owners, who will take care of you and will always be available to help and provide all the information or useful suggestions to make the most of your experience on the island.
There is no public transport to the property, so a car is required.

Cette maison a un très fort potentiel, mais l’hôte devrait faire un effort pour entretenir sa maison. Beaucoup de choses sont négligées, tartre un peu partout, lave-vaisselle en panne, four dans un état de saleté étonnant. Les meubles de jardin sont usagés et il manque de véritables chaises longues. C’est dommage car pour le reste, cette réservation est top.
Wir haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt .

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet , mit Blick in die nähere Umgebung und den gepflegten Garten.
Es ist nicht weit bis zum Meer und zum nächsten Ort , wo man mit der nötigen Infrastruktur gut versorgt ist .
Der überdachte Parkplatz ist eine tolle Sache.
Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen , sizilianische Patina , so nenne ich es mal ...
Leider gibt es an mehreren Stellen auf dem Grundstück Ansammlungen von Unrat und Abfall . Das ist schade und beeinträchtigt den eigentlich schönen Gesamteindruck.
Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen ü...
