Welcome to the heart of Agde’s historic center in this unique and charming townhouse.
Here, you’ll feel right at home while on holiday.
The three-story house accommodates up to eight guests: - Ground floor: a comfortable bedroom - First floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen - Second floor: a bedroom with en-suite bathroom You’ll find all the amenities you need: Wi-Fi, TV, children’s games, crib, high chair, and more. Located just steps from monuments, the Canal du Midi, lively streets, concerts, restaurants, and shops, this house immerses you in Agde’s authentic atmosphere.
In less than ten minutes by car, you’ll reach over a dozen beaches, from Cap d’Agde to Marseillan, including Le Grau, La Tamarissière, and Vias: fine sand, volcanic coves, and unspoiled nature make for a diverse coastline.
With the train station and bus stops nearby, exploring the region is easy.
If you’re arriving by car, Place du Dr Joseph Picheire is the ideal drop-off point, though parking is limited.
We recommend Parking du Moulin des Évêques, which is free and close by. A new paid parking lot will open soon in the area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, bien entretenu et très agréable à vivre. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances, idéalement située pour profiter d'Agde et des alentours.
L'hôte est réactive et la communication est fluide. Nous repartons ravis de notre séjour et recommandons cette location à 100 %.

La maison est une demeure traditionnelle qui date du Moyen-âge, c'est incroyable de trouver des traces anciennes et de réussir à allier cet historique avec le confort moderne. Le salon est très chaleureux avec son grand canapé. La cuisine est hyper bien équipée, on se croirait à la maison, on aurait...

An incredibly convenient location, right in the heart of centreville and 10 minutes from the train station by foot. Nicely remodeled and cool in the summer even without A/C.
