The 50 m² property consists of an open space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, a bathroom, and a workspace, making it very cozy for 2 people.
There is a large window from which you can see Teide and the sea.
You will find a sun terrace with a shower and two sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the impressive coastal views.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, fan, washing machine, kettle, capsule coffee machine, and microwave.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning, but it does have a fan.
The holiday rental offers two private open terraces with magnificent sea views. The property is located in a quiet residential area that allows you to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets.
