Casa do Loureiro is a beautifully renovated 3-storey villa in Funchal, Madeira, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped private kitchen, and a convenient wc social (toilet and sink). The kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and full crockery and cutlery.
Step outside to the private fenced garden with seating, ideal for outdoor dining.
The first floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and 2 full bathrooms with shower—one of which is en-suite.
The top floor features a wonderful rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the ocean and Funchal, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, two TVs, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, and towels.
The property has a private entrance, 2 on-site parking spaces, and street parking available nearby.
A bakery and grocery store are just a 5-minute walk away.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Sehr fürsorgliche, freundliche Gastgeber. Lage sehr gut, um mit dem Bus (und bergab auch zu Fuß) zum Hafen und in die Innenstadt zu gelangen; trotzdem ruhige Seitenstraße.

Nichts. Man muss natürlich wissen, dass man in einer Stadt ist und kann keinen Riesengarten wie auf dem Land erwarten.
